Administrative Assistant - Compensation: DOE in Tacoma, Washington

Tacoma area General Contractor seeking individual for front office.  Must have experience in MS Windows environment.  A/P and Payroll experience preferred.  Looking for reliable, pleasant person with good phone presence and able to handle multiple tasks.
Job duties will include but are not limited to assisting with payables, payroll, support staff for project managers and safety director, phones.  Construction or design related experience a plus.
