1988 P24 TERRY TRAVEL TRAILER - Price: 3,000.00 in Tacoma, Washington

xxxx p24 Terry Travel Trailer.  I'm the second owner,of this very clean and in very good condition 24.4 ft Terry Travel trailer. I have the orginal owners manual.  I bought it in March and have made upgrades/improvements on it. Again it was very well taken care of by the orginal owners. Like me their children have grown up and like myself find it too large for my needs. Plus I can not fit it into my side driveway. I have used everything in the trailer and all work very well. Plenty of water flow in the shower. The bath room sink and toilet are not in the shower. All separte. There are 2 bunks in the back with a floding wooden door to sparate the kitchen and bunks. The cushions and beds are in very good shape/ NO tears and clean. The kitch table will sit 4 people and sleep 2. Plenty of storage under the seats. The is an expanable take down table in the livingroom. Eat and watch movies or TV from the new 24" Lite Nexus HDTV. I have a new Wall mount still in the box. If you want to put onto the trailer wall.       The frontroom sofa turns into a Queen size bed. The over head cabinets can be for storage or become a bunkbed for two children not weighting over 150 lbs. There is also a over head cover about 21'X10' on the door side. A hitch and sway bars come with it.The improvements are. 2 new water hose. Drinking and a flush out. A newer and larger Microwave. added a new toster,coffee maker,sewer lines,with flush-outs. New water pressure valve, cabinet door clips,mode gaurds,sellant on roof,new vents, livingroom carpet,kitchen vinyl floor,throw rugs and much more. The orginal owner bought new 2 new  propane 7 1/2 gals. tanks and tires for it about a year and half ago. Also has a new propane bottles cover and battery boxes.  I have taken this trailer over to Moses Lake 3 times, Spokane and to Grayland state Park. I own a Timeshares/Campgrounds membership with SunRise Resorts,AOR,RPI,KMC and others. Worth over $29,000.00. I'm condidering selling also. Like the previous owner, My children are all grown up and the trailer is too large for my needs. I just bought a Camper to put on the back of my Truck and it seem to work well for me. My GMC has the small V8 and is only a half-ton. It towed the Terry trailer very well over the pass to eastern WA. and handles well on the curves and many turns going to the Ocean.
